Ramon Rossi Lopez
Ramon Rossi Lopez was the founder and managing partner of his former partnership, Lopez, Hodes, Restaino, Milman & Skikos. Mr. Lopez has extensive trial experience in all areas of civil litigation involving personal injury, including complex mass torts, catastrophic disasters, medical malpractice, and product liability actions. He has represented thousands of clients in mass tort cases, primarily against the giant pharmaceutical industry involving dangerous and defective prescription and over the counter medications, and implantable and other medical devices. His interest in pharmaceuticals came about during his early career as a sales representative for a pharmaceutical company. Read more
Stephen D. Ochs, M.D., J.D., M.B.A.
Dr. Ochs is a board certified ANESTHESIOLOGIST specializing in ambulatory anesthesia with an emphasis on elective cosmetic and complex maxillofacial surgery. He is a former department chairman at two large community hospitals in Montana and Colorado. He co-founded one of the first ambulatory surgery centers in Colorado. Dr. Ochs holds separate clinical academic university appointments where he continues to instruct and supervise resident physicians and medical students in anesthesiology. He maintains current medical licenses in Colorado, Montana and California. He holds membership in multiple medical specialty organizations including anesthesiology, cosmetic surgery and ambulatory surgery.
Dr. Ochs is a trial attorney who limits his practice to medical negligence and product liability litigation. He is licensed in Colorado from where he has litigated and consulted on cases in multiple states in the Mid-Continent and Far West regions. He has obtained multiple seven-figure verdicts and/or settlements. He continues to speak at medical and/or legal educational meetings throughout the country. Jason E. Ochs
Mr. Jason Ochs practices complex product liability and catastrophic personal injury. He began his career at the law firm of Lopez, Hodes, Restaino, Milman and Skikos where he actively litigated a variety of high-profile, complex-litigation projects including Zyprexa, Vioxx, Baycol, Sulzer Hip and Transplant cases.
Mr. Ochs heads the West Coast medical malpractice team. He is a current member of the science/expert committee in the Federal Gadolinium Multi-District Litigation in Cleveland, Ohio and heads the science/expert committee in the California gadolinium coordinated actions in San Francisco, California. Mr. Ochs also spearheaded the electronic discovery committee in the Advance Medical Optics Complete Moisture Plus coordinated action in Complex Superior Court in Santa Ana, California and is an active member of the deposition team. He has tried multiple criminal and civil cases to verdict.
William M. Audet
William M. Audet earned a B.A. from the University of California, Davis, in 1981, a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1984, where he was the editor of the Golden Gate University Law Review, and completed his formal legal education with a Masters of Law from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1987.
After clerking for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Mr. Audet clerked for The Honorable Alfonso J. Zirpoli, United States District Judge for the Northern District of California, and The Honorable Fern M. Smith, United States District Judge for the Northern District of California. While obtaining his Masters Degree in Law at the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Audet was also a clinical instructor on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin School of Law. Joshua Ezrin received a B.A. with honors in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1995, and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2001. Mr. Ezrin began his practice at the Alameda County Public Defender’s office, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience. Mr. Ezrin joined Audet & Partners, LLP in 2004, where he has provided outstanding legal representation in a series of class action and mass tort cases that have resulted in over $20 million in settlements for the firm’s clients. Mr. Ezrin is admitted to practice in the State of California in 2001, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in 2005. Jonas P. Mann
Jonas P. Mann earned a B.A., cum laude and with high honors, in International Affairs from the George Washington University in 2004. In 2007, Mr. Mann was awarded a J.D. from Temple University – James E. Beasley School of Law where he was a member of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mann completed a clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey where he worked primarily on pharmaceutical products liability, employment discrimination, and environmental litigation.
